This was to be Thomas Cheeseburger Windsock's breakout release, propelling the previously obscure folk personality into the international spotlight. But despite high initial hopes from the Island UK team, initial reception of the record was very low and production was halted just halfway through the first pressing. The world tour that was to accompany this release was cancelled just before the first show in Madrid. Windsock would reference this almost rise to fame in his follow-up recordings (which never saw proper release). Windsock did not recover from the defeat of "All Over the World and 2 years later he dropped off of the map.
